Complicated entry with multiple codes can be frustrating!!! Noisy restaurant nearby disrupted sleep!!! A safety deposit box would enhance security!!!

The personnel was extremely friendly and affable, and the host too. The room I got was amazing and comfy with an amazing shower and Netflix plus the balcony...

The room was new-fashioned and offered a bidet, a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, so that guests had essentials. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. Location: the hotel was near to the center of Rome as well as so many great restaurants.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The room was verysuper clean and cozy, with a terrific location that allowed easy access to all major attractions. The staff was highly responsive and made the check-in process seamless.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. Grounds were clean, and the staff responded quickly via WhatsApp when I had issues with the toilet. A lovely helpful staff member guided me through the process of fixing the door. Daily cleaning service made it comfortable. On the downside, the room was quite small and the pillows were a bit thick for my preference. The cleaning maid didn't clean the floor at all , disappointing. A safety deposit box would have been nice too, especially since my room was noisy due to the restaurant below.

The location was perfect. I could easily walk to major attractions like Vatican City and Castel St Angelo. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were responsive and kind.

I really liked how friendly the staff were, always willing to help with anything we needed. Plus, they provided us with a cell phone for unlimited calls and texts, so we didn't have to worry about using our own data. This was unexpected and super convenient .

It wasn't exactly low-priced, but still acceptable given the amenities.

This was just an appropriate option for a lightning trip in Rome with excellent value for money. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, made planning my day a little tricky. Consider bringing a portable charger. The outlets were not easy to access in the room.
